Big Blue Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Big Blue Dive Vanuatu, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible diving experience. To ensure transparency and a fair business relationship, we have established the following refund policy for payments:

Customers are required to make a payment to secure their reservation for diving courses, equipment rental, or other services offered by Big Blue Dive Vanuatu. The payment amount will be communicated at the time of booking. In some cases, customers may have the option to reschedule their reservation instead of cancelling. Please contact Big Blue Dive Vanuatu at least three days in advance to discuss rescheduling options. You may cancel your reservation, and a refund will be issued according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellations made two weeks or more in advance, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations made up to two weeks before the first day, we will issue a 50% refund.
  • There are no refunds for cancellations made 36 hours before the first dive day.

Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please allow five business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

In the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, Big Blue Dive Vanuatu reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Consider securing travel insurance to provide an extra layer of protection, ensuring coverage in case unforeseen circumstances prevent you from diving. Enjoy your trip with added peace of mind, knowing you have comprehensive support. We at Big Blue Dive Vanuatu recommend DAN Dive Insurance.
